  1. Translate information needs into accurate SQL statements to generate results that meet business requirements.
  2. Produce basic SQL statements with appropriate uses of each type.
  3. Develop single-table queries.
  4. Construct multiple-table queries.
  5. Construct sub-select SQL statements.
  6. Program triggers to accomplish a stated business process.
  7. Produce database views.
  8. Distinguish appropriate uses for stored procedures and functions.
  9. Generate data to populate reports to satisfy business requirements.
  10. Evaluate options for database administration tasks.
