Take a moment to reflect, breathe, and connect. The Intention Bracelet Experience invites students to slow down and create a meaningful, wearable reminder of purpose and presence.

What to Expect

• Mindfulness – Pause from the busy day to reconnect with your breath, focus, and inner calm.
• Intention Setting – Choose a personal word or phrase and stamp it onto your bracelet.
• Connection – Partner with peers to tie bracelets, creating simple yet meaningful moments of trust and connection.
